At the beginning of each year, Abdullah Al Naboodah hosts one of the finest golf experiences in the Middle East, The Invitational.
It is a firm favourite on Ross's annual schedule and now YOU have the chance to be part of this experience!
The Invitational is a golf tournament created by Abdullah Saeed Al Naboodah in 2007, 12 months after his first golf shot. Abdullah’s immediate passion for the game has seen him compete in Pro-Ams with some of the best players in the world including Ross. Abdullah Al Naboodah has used those influences to enhance and grow The Invitational into an unrivalled pro-am which focuses on the VIP guest experience and their interaction with over 40 of the European Tour’s finest players.

The Invitational 2010 hosted a fine professional line up from the 2009 Race to Dubai and many of them playing in The Invitational 2011. in 2010 AED530,000 was the prize fund for the professionals to compete for on behalf of their chosen charities.
The dates have just been announced for this year’s four UAE Regional Qualifying Events for The Invitational 2011. The Invitational has again joined forces with Worldwide Golf to stage three WWG Midweek Opens and one Women’s Golf Middle East event.
The Worldwide Golf Midweek Open Regional Qualifiers are open to men, ladies and juniors in the UAE, who are members of the Emirates Golf Federation, and to men, ladies and juniors in the Middle East.

The top 15 adults and the top 10 juniors from each event will qualify, along with the top 10 ladies from the Women’s Golf Middle East event, to play in the Grand Final in January. The fortunate field of 85 will be under pressure as the best net adult and the best junior on the day will receive the priceless GOLDEN TICKETS to take their place in The Invitational 2011.

The fame of The Invitational hosted by Abdullah Al Naboodah is spreading. The most prestigious and popular European Tour Pro-Am in the Middle East is going international with a UK qualifier taking place at the exclusive Heythrop Park Golf Club in Oxfordshire on Wednesday, 28th July, 2010.
